Tree planting & woodland information.

By purchasing the dedication of the planting of a tree the Green Balance is able to offer you the opportunity to take part in the creation of new English woodland amidst the stunning countryside of Cambridge / Norfolk borders.
Woodland areas are magical places where you find numerous wildlife species in their natural habitat.

• Your purchase will come in an attractive A4 presentation folder with your personalised dedication certificate (as specified at the checkout), directions to allow you to visit the woodland site where the tree is planted and plans showing the exact location of the tree.
• All tree planting dedications last a lifetime.
• One dedication per tree, your tree will not be shared with anybody else.
• You may visit your tree/s and the woodland whenever you choose.
• All trees wherever possible are a minimum of 60cm/2ft high at planting.
• All trees supported by wooden stakes FSC approved.
• All trees are protected by a 75cm / 2ft6in photodegradeable tree shelters.
• All trees come with a five year care and maintenance plan to improve tree establishment and growth e.g. grass cutting invasive weeds all chemical free.
• All trees planted on land owned and managed by The Green Balance UK Ltd.
• All trees come with the guarantee of tree replacement if failure to grow within the first five years.
• All trees purchases provide the opportunity to dedicate the planting with the ability to personalise a printable certificate.
• All trees come with a conformation email of purchase details with download to personalised e-certificate and woodland location plans.
• Receipt of The Green Balance UK Ltd E newsletter providing information on charity involvement, events, woodland updates, information, promotions etc.

If you wish to own the land this will be donated free of charge by The Green Balance, any payment due will be to cover the Land Registry fees and the administration fee due to our solicitors for the conveyancing service.
You will receive in the post all documentation and plans required to transfer the land, please sign these and return to our solicitor who will then be able to complete the transfer.
You will in due course recieve title deeds from HM Land Registry for the area of land where your tree is planted.

Only one £165.00 admin fee will be required for any amount of trees purchased in one transaction by the same person.

Multiple discounts still apply to the cost of the trees when owning the land.
